We lost most of the day in flight. Our hotel was a block away from Paddington Station and so extremely easy to find. The floor of our room didn't tilt and it even had a bathroom, a tiny bathroom, the shower area shaped like a torpedo and almost as small. Picking up the shampoo bottle after dropping was almost impossible without opening the shower curtain and sticking you rear end out the front.
We wandered the streets for about an hour and then had a sea food appetizer at a nearby restaurant with two pints of beer of course.
